About the Job


Position Overview


As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping TireTutor’s marketing strategy and driving growth in the B2B space. We’re seeking a seasoned marketing professional who can lead our growth efforts, define GTM strategy, drive inbound leads, and execute effective campaigns. If you’re passionate about SaaS, have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.


This is a startup environment that is both challenging and exciting, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, a team player, ready to pivot at any moment and has the passion to help build an “industry changing” suite of products to help revolutionize the tire/ repair shop vertical.


Although the position is fully remote, we are looking for someone in the Boston metro area who can commute to Boston 1-2x /month for team strategy meetings.


Responsibilities


  • Leverage your marketing strategy expertise to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the independent tire and automotive service industry.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Test various targeted messaging to drive inbound leads for sales.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, allocate resources, and ensure ROI on marketing spend for TireTutor and our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead GTM strategy.
  • Understand the unique needs of tire dealers, distributors, and service centers, and create targeted messaging.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns to generate inbound leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions. 
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve MQL to SQL conversion rate, identifying sources of success..


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 7 years in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing and SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of MQL/SQL/PQL conversion funnel strategies.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, lead gen tactics and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, data-driven decision-making, and driving results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
