Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Keyholder role located in Aventura, FL. The Keyholder will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and experience, and achieving sales targets. The Keyholder will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and ensuring effective communication with the team and customers.

  • Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to create and deliver exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
