D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete. They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. D1 Coaches are a part of the best training environment in the industry and are integral to the success of D1 as it continues its rapid growth.High-energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.Responsibilities:Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contactNurturing leads through the sales process.Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.Greeting all membersGiving tours of the facility to new membersAnswer the phones in a professional mannerScheduling clients for initial training sessionsAbility to multitaskTakes advantage of downtime to exceed expectationsProficient in MindBody (Canva is a plus)Serving attitudeAbout 20-30 hours per weekPaid hourly + commissionReliable transportation to attend out-of-facility eventsAbility to set up a tent and a table at eventsRotating weekends requiredThe Performance Specialist is the face of the facility This person is high energy and motivated to make D1 Training Sandy Springs the best training facility out there They know every member by name and build relationships with each of them. They can sell memberships and upsell current clients. They have great time management and the ability to multitask. The Performance Specialist will report directly to the General Manager. Both the GM and the Performance Specialist will work on scheduling, calls, business development, and community outreach.Qualifications:Must be a high-energy individual.Must have 1+ years in salesMust have 1+ years in a customer service setting, ideally in the fitness industry.Compensation: $20.00 per hour
