Project Overview:

MedSys Group is seeking a skilled Contract Project Manager to lead a critical Clinical Asset Inventory Project across multiple healthcare facilities. This initiative is focused on cataloging and valuing all clinical assets to enhance financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the inventory of clinical assets.
  • Select and implement appropriate tools and technology for asset tracking and management.
  • Coordinate and direct a team of inventory specialists and support staff across multiple locations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the clinical asset data with existing IT systems.
  • Manage all aspects of project logistics, from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare / clinical asset management or similar projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and data integration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as part of the project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare operations or clinical engineering.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance pertaining to healthcare assets.
