SEEKING NEUROSURGERY ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (PA or APN) Overview: Shore Physicians Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Professional (PA or APN) with Neurosurgery experience to join our growing, collaborative provider team. As a member of Shore Physicians Group Neurosurgery Team, you will play an integral role in providing comprehensive patient care in the outpatient, hospital and OR setting. Job Summary: Conducts evaluations in the outpatient setting Performs in-hospital surgery consultations and patient rounds Serves as First Assist in surgical cases Coordinates care with physicians, imaging centers, and other specialties Orders and interprets diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies Manages prescription refills, prior authorizations Triages patient calls and electronic messages Finalizes discharge documentation, including summaries, prescribed medications, and specialist referrals, in the patient chart.
