Job Description

Nasim Landscape, a locally owned landscape management company, is seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator to join our team at our main branch, located in Puyallup, Washington. With a commitment to delivering top-notch landscape management solutions, we pride ourselves on personalized service, ongoing education, and the use of cutting-edge technology. The Branch Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, supporting both administrative and financial functions, and contributing to our community-focused initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office.
  • Manage and run weekly payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Support management with contract administration needs, invoicing, employee HR, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of accounting deadlines.
  • Generate and maintain financial reports and perform other administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Management team, including telephone coverage, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for personnel needs, including benefits enrollment and policy communication.
  • Handle registrations and market data expenses.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge.
  • Prior experience with Aspire Landscape Software and Inova HR, Payroll, and Benefits is preferred but not required.
  • Previous office administration experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check, and a drug screen in accordance with SB 5123.
