Litchfield Health and Rehab Center is actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to enhance our compassionate team.


As a Registered Nurse within our facility, you will undertake a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for the comprehensive nursing care/service and oversight of all staff during their shift, ensuring the precise and prompt administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency responses as necessary.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Treat and care for residents and their belongings with dignity and respect.
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality care services for residents.
  • Provide nursing care within your professional scope.
  • Possess reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to uphold established care standards.
  • Safeguard the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all care provided.
  • Encourage restorative care to promote maximum resident independence.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Illinois.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • A collaborative team player committed to maintaining a reliable work history.
