Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise AV installation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in audiovisual technology, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV project management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
