Our client will deliver AI transformation in partnership with its clients in one or more of three stages – Advise, Implement and Operate. While it initially expects to offer more strategic advise work initially, it will focus on creating long-term engagements. These are crucial to the ongoing success of clients, given the complexity and rapid change of the data and AI market.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating leads for our data AI consulting solutions. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, enhance the Client/Customer experience overall, and simply convey our message and differentiation in a noisy market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead branding, content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Initially, hands-on management as to be expected at an early stage – with the capacity and talent to build a team as we experience significant and accelerated growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
