Responsibilities

  • Lead Capital Projects; setting up new plant and set up new machines.
  • Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
  • Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes
  • Mentor junior Manufacturing Engineers and guide CNC Programmers, Tool Makers, and Process Technicians.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3+ years' of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Hands on experience with turning and milling
  • Procurements of CNC machines
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S


***Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

***This is a leadership role so all qualified applicants must have some level of management or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
