Client Service SpecialistThe Client Services Specialist supports internal and external clients by delivering timely communication and reports to ensure smooth project execution. This role leverages company best practices to manage project tasks and ensure that deliverables are completed on time. The Specialist also assists in developing various deliverables, including presentations, training instructions, spreadsheets, and fulfillment requests.The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommunicate and interact effectively with internal team members in all departments and/or clients to deliver timely information and reportsFollow SOPs/Best Practices to perform project management duties for program execution to ensure deliverables are consistently completed on timeAssist with the development of program presentations, event instructions, spreadsheets, data entry, reporting and fulfillment requestsComplete research projects as needed to support senior team membersSupport senior team members with facilitation of deliverables, detail tracking, and timely updatesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsIndirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reportsTravel and/or Driving Requirements- Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this jobMinimum Qualifications Education Level: (Required) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: 1-3 years in CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, Customer, or Client experienceSkills, Knowledge and Abilities- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Environmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
