Leads are provided by management. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures.Core ResponsibilitiesPresenting and setting up appointments for company products and services to be sold to new and existing customersEngaging with potential leads to understand their solar energy needs and requirementsReaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineResolving customer inquiries and complaintsSetting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsScheduling meetings for new leads and older leads in system for the outside sales team to go pitch/runCovering incoming leads as well as assigned leads during other team members' absences as neededQualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's offeringsResponding to incoming leads that come in via email or by phone after hours and on weekendsPerforming data entry and data maintenance of each new lead with accurate and appropriate informationRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
