Branch ManagerLendNation is currently seeking an energetic, positive, customer service driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. If you have management experience and collections experience in customer service, banking, collections or retail industries - we want to talk to youThis position will work at Store 4128 located at 1913 26th Ave, Ste B Hueytown, AL 35023.This position will be responsible for:Conducting customer transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all timesSupervising, coaching and training branch employeesManaging and controlling cash flow, auditing, balancing, and banking effortsMaintaining branch safety and security standardsDocument, resolve, or refer customer and associate comments and complaints to obtain proper resolutionMonitoring and report branch financial performance and meet all branches' operating, profitability goals and objectivesLead collection efforts on past due loansEnsuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.The ideal candidate will have:Excellent customer service and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA minimum of 2 years of experience in a management roleAbility to train, coach, and develop employeesExperience in customer service/banking/cash handling/collections preferredExcellent time management skillsSafe, secure, reliable transportation and have a valid Driver LicensePredictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the positionAbility to work with minimal supervisionMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United StatesBilingual is a plusBenefits include:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceAbout the Company:QCHI (LendNation) is a leading customer-focused provider of convenient financial solutions that meet the immediate needs of mainstream consumers.
