About the role Are you passionate about technology and customer success? Join Xolv as our next Application Support Specialist I We are looking for an individual to join our dynamic IT support team. This role serves as the main point of contact for all end-users, offering global, daily application support and proactively helping users enhance their understanding and use of supported applications. Key Responsibilities Provide production support and troubleshoot functionality issues (workflows, configurations, validation rules, and documentation for end-user training). Manage ticket queues, respond to incidents within SLAs, and deliver outstanding customer service. Support user access management, establish and maintain employer roles, and onboarding/offboarding activities. Manage reports, dashboards, and data accuracy within Salesforce. Partner with developers to design and implement application enhancements following best practices. Participate in testing, release communication, and deployment support. Deliver end-user training and create documentation for ongoing education. Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, best practices, and new tools. Execute and prioritize special projects, including data cleanup, security settings, and configuration updates. QualificationsRequired: 3+ years of experience providing customer support to end-users. Experience supporting applications built on Salesforce.com. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and reporting tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with relational databases. Experience using Jira and Confluence. AA degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience in IT support. Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification (or in progress). 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (100+ users). Experience with large data sets and data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security settings. Physical Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written form. Frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Ability to read, review, and proof documents accurately.
