We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mobile Crisis Lead to oversee and coordinate real-time mobile crisis response services for individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies. The Mobile Crisis Lead provides direct clinical support during field responses, supervises crisis clinicians, and ensures service delivery aligns with trauma-informed, culturally competent, and person-centered care practices. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with strong leadership skills, field experience, and a passion for crisis stabilization in community-based settings. In a typical week, you will: Lead and supervise the daily operations of mobile crisis response teams, including deployment, safety, and triage Provide clinical oversight and support to staff in the field during high-acuity calls Ensure appropriate crisis assessments, de-escalation techniques, and safety planning are conducted Serve as point-of-contact for law enforcement, EMS, hospitals, shelters, and other community partners during mobile crisis engagements Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance Monitor staff schedules, respond to shift gaps, and participate in the on-call rotation Train and mentor new crisis responders and interns as needed Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and agency protocols You will thrive in this position if you are committed to a rehabilitative and person-centered philosophy, comfortable providing services in homes and communities, are flexible and adaptable to change. To be considered for the Clinician position, you must have: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Current LCSW (or LPC/LMFT) license in North Dakota Minimum 1-2 years of direct experience in crisis intervention, preferably in mobile or field-based settings Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of mental health crisis protocols, risk assessment, and safety planning Excellent judgment, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required Willingness to travel locally and respond to crisis scenes as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with co-responder teams (e.g., law enforcement, EMS) Familiarity with local behavioral health and emergency response systems Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language) a plus Knowledge of relevant EHR systems Work Environment & Schedule: Flexible shifts with evening/weekend availability required for coverage Some on-call responsibilities required Field-based work with occasional office-based administrative duties This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
