In addition, you will:Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair and maintain projectsWork in outdoor utility construction sitesTroubleshoot problems as they arise in the fieldTrain your crew on various kinds of tools and equipmentOperate backhoes, dozer, cable plow, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machineryManage all aspects of job-site constructionQualifications About You: Safety is a part of your day to day. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You are looking for long term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team. You know the telecom construction industry Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position.
