Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerIn this exciting and high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be a unique position supporting recruiting efforts for both End to End Corporate and Merchandising in Walmart US.What you'll do... Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles, often focusing on hard-to-fill or leadership positions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans. Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to find and engage qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Process Improvement: Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to streamline hiring processes. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various initiatives and candidate experiences.What You'll Bring: Deep understanding of the business and talent market. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making. Expertise in recruiting top talent and understand how to align talent strategies with business priorities. Experience supporting Human Resources recruiting. A proven track record of identifying & engaging qualified talent in the market. You are familiar with leveraging data to inform decision making and influence recruiting strategy.
