They focus on high-quality interior build-outs and renovations, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Their work emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and client collaboration, delivering well-executed spaces that meet both design intent and operational needs.Job DescriptionSupervise daily field operations and interior build-outs for retail, office, medical office, and light industrial projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with building codes and healthcare regulations. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and material management to maintain timelines and budgets. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure superior finishes and adherence to specifications. Communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and manage field documentation including RFIs and change orders. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability. Deep understanding of finish work, sequencing, and project coordination. Knowledge of healthcare construction standards, including infection control and safety procedures. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in managing schedules and budgets.
