Your Role on the TeamPosition Summary: Reporting to the Director of Imaging, the Imaging Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of imaging services at UCI Health Fountain Valley including Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), Nuclear Medicine (NM), and MRI. The supervisor will be responsible for daily operations, quality control, patient access and staff schedules in addition to maintaining equipment, evaluating replacements, monitoring PACS and RIS integrity and quality and cost management. What It Takes to be SuccessfulRequired Qualifications:Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and Fluoroscopy LicenseCurrent ARRTCurrent American Heart Association BLS CertificationMinimum 3 years Radiology experience in a Lead or Senior Technologist role in one of the following modalities: X-Ray, CT, MRI, UltrasoundMust possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health SystemPreferred Qualifications:Previous supervisory experienceCertifications in one of the following: CT, MRI, ARDMSAppropriate license/certification based on specialtyKnowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and formsTotal RewardsWe offer a wealth of benefits to make working at UCI even more rewarding.
