Phlebotomist Job DescriptionUsing appropriate phlebotomy techniques, the Phlebotomist will drive to long-term care clients and private homes to collect specimens from patients and enter data into the computer system. Will be provided with a company vehicle. Responsibilities:Perform phlebotomy services including specimen collection, labeling, venipuncture, capillary draws, heel sticks, glucose tolerance testing, and blood cultures.Complete lab requisition forms.Perform urine drug collection and breath alcohol testing.Travel to patient sites to collect samples.Essential Skills:Phlebotomy certificationAt least 6 months of phlebotomy experience from within a hospital setting.Valid driver's license and willing to submit a Motor Vehicle/Driving History record check, will be driving a company vehicle.Geriatric experience is highly preferredWork Environment: The role involves performing various levels of phlebotomy and specimen collection in a long-term care (LTC) environment. The Phlebotomist will operate a company vehicle to travel to long-term care clients and private homes.Shift Opportunities Available (Must be willing to work one of these schedules provided):3:00am 11:30am, Monday Friday4:00am 2:30pm, Tuesday Friday4:30am 1:00pm, Monday Friday5:00am 3:30pm, Tuesday Friday2:00pm 12:30am, Monday ThursdayJob Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38771.20 - $49920.00/yr.
