They will provide leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of fiscal systems and methods for the allocation and oversight of more than $550 million in federal and state funds and ensure fiscal accountability, compliance with legislative mandates, and long-range sustainability of statewide child care programs.Responsibilities Include:Directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of fiscal systems and processes that have statewide impact.Designs innovative solutions to unprecedented fiscal challenges, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements while advancing equitable access to child care services.Serves as project leader for cross-agency fiscal initiatives, coordinating the work of analysts, program staff and external contractors.Provides direction establishes priorities and ensures integration of fiscal policy with program operations.Oversees the fiscal administration of all divisional grants and contracts, ensuring accountability for significant federal and state funds.Develops monitoring systems, reconciles expenditures, and provides expert guidance on fiscal compliance.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsTo facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month, day and year for each job held.Three (3) years' experience in fiscal budgeting or fiscal policy.
