GVP, CRM Sales AMSThe AMS Global Vice President for CRM Solution Sales and Consulting will lead all CRM-related sales motions and functions within the geo. Reporting directly to the Geo Presidents and with a dotted line to the Global SVP of CRM Sales, this role is pivotal in driving CRM solution sales and consulting efforts across the geo. The ideal candidate will leverage a GM mindset and possess a deep understanding of CRM solutions, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse set of functional teams. This executive will be responsible for driving CRM sales execution leveraging the playbook and key weekly metrics. This role demands a leader who will inspire teams, navigate a matrixed set of support teams across global COE, marketing, technical and partner organizations while delivering predictably exceptional results.What you get to do in this role:Lead and manage all CRM solution sales and consulting activities within the geo.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.Collaborate with Geo Presidents and the Global SVP of CRM Sales to align sales strategies and initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.Provide leadership and guidance to the CRM sales and consulting teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CRM sales processes and methodologies.Represent the geo in global CRM sales meetings and contribute to the overall CRM strategy.To be successful in this role you have:Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.Extensive experience in CRM solution sales and consulting, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the CRM industry.Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a global organization.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $226,950 - $385,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
