Workday HCM Reporting and Integrations Lead

The ideal candidate for the role of Workday HCM Reporting, Integrations, and Technical Lead should possess a comprehensive set of skills and a solid amount of experience. Here's a breakdown of the must-have skills and overall years of experience required:
Reporting Responsibilities:
- 5+ years advanced experience with the Workday application, including advanced reporting proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Deep expertise in Workday reporting tools such as BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations, and composite reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security in relation to reporting.
Integration Responsibilities:
- 5+ years advanced experience in Workday Integrations, working on large Workday initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience with JSON, SOAP & REST style web services.
- 3+ years of experience within Agile Scrum methodology.
- Proficiency with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Rest APIs.
Technical/Administrative Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and testing on the Workday platform.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position supporting Workday Integrations or Workday Security or Workday Extend, with a technical development background.
- Advanced skills in applying Role-based and User-Based Security and Domains.
- Strong expertise in project management, business analysis, gathering and documenting requirements.
- Intermediate skills in Agile delivery management.
Other Requirements:
- 5+ years Finance data analysis experience.
- Solid understanding of Workday's business object model and relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Workday certifications a plus.
- Strong knowledge of supporting Workday Finance and associated business owners preferred.
This comprehensive skill set and experience level would enable the candidate to effectively lead and manage the implementation of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance for the State of Rhode Island, while also fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights to drive performance.
