Overview
Are you a strategic and data-driven Email Marketing professional with a knack for driving acquisition and retention in the Health-Tech sector? CheekyMD is seeking a talented Manager of Email Marketing and Retention to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer acquisition through strategic email campaigns and optimizing customer retention through data analysis and outbound communication.
Location: Los Angeles, with some remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Email and SMS Campaigns for Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted email and sms campaigns to drive customer acquisition, utilizing segmentation, A/B testing, and other best practices.
- Retention Strategy Development: Analyze data to identify trends within the current customer base and create/implement a comprehensive retention strategy through outbound communication and website enhancements.
- Customer Segmentation: Utilize data segmentation to tailor email campaigns for different customer segments, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize messaging, design, and timing for maximum effectiveness.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and refine customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience and drive retention.
- Website Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional product, operations and customer experience teams to identify and implement website enhancements that contribute to improved customer retention.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Performance Marketing and other functional team members to align email campaigns with broader marketing and strategic business initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure that all email campaigns adhere to Telemedicine regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on both acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful retention strategies.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and customer segmentation practices.
- Familiarity with website analytics and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with HIPPA or Legal compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $120-150k, commensurate with experience
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Healthcare: Monthly healthcare stipend initially, with the option to transition to medical insurance at a later date
