Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:You will be a member of DCN (Data Center Networking) Product org. and work with a group of technical teams & highly energetic solution-centric business transformation leader.DCN Group's Charter:Streamline engagement between various AI/ML DC and Automated DC Solution /Architecture initiatives within HPE HPE-Juniper and deliver those DC design architectures for its top customers.Role:The DCN Product Manager will create and drive the implementation of the SW plan across various Center of Excellence Units and Service Organizations within the framework of the "DCN" group. This individual will be responsible for product management of various DC Reference architecture Development & validation-centric interlocks and execution of these interlocks across the product lines.The candidate should be a well-experienced and innovative Product manager to join and lead HPE-JUNIPER's cutting-edge AI and Automated Data Center team. In this role, he/she will drive new software architecture and the successful delivery of software products and innovative solutions in the AI Data Center networking field. The ideal candidate brings deep IP networking knowledge and experience designing Data Center software features to help build AI/ML training, inference, and GPU cluster connectivity. We seek an innovative, self-motivated individual who can work collaboratively with our global engineering teams and architects to bring the latest technologies to life and our mission to revolutionize AI Data Center networking.Responsibilities:Drive requirements for the DC software portfolio of HPE-Juniper's AI and Automated Datacenter solutions.Assist with the market and competitive analysis, product strategy, pricing, positioning, and collateralEvangelize/innovate the SW features/solutions both internally and externallyProduct liaison for technology partnershipsResponsible for helping achieve quarterly forecasts in collaboration with GTM teamsActively build and nurture customer and partner engagement and relationships.The Ideal Candidate:Demonstrated the ability to influence engineering development, System Test teams, and Sales Engineering teams in the area of DC networking.Demonstrated the ability to influence customer network architectures,Solid understanding of EVPN-VXLAN, IP Fabric solutions for AI Data Centers, Enterprise, and Cloud Data Centers.Executive-level partnerships and effective communication skills with all levels of employees, individual contributors, customers, and account teams.Superior planning, organizational, change management, and cultural awareness skills including financial and global business acumen can be an advantage.12 to 18 years of experience in the DC/networking industry5+ years of experience in product management (alternately, background in sales engineering, network engineering, technical marketing engineering, hardware engineering, or software engineering with strong product instincts)Strong communication and listening skills to enable transformational change in a positive work environment internally while maintaining strong partnerships with a diverse customer base.Traveling up to 10% of the time is possible.Additional Skills:Cross Domain KnowledgeCustomer EngagementDesign ThinkingDevelopment FundamentalsDevOpsGo-to-Market ExpertisePartner ManagementProduct Lifecycle ManagementSecurity-First MindsetStrategic PricingStrategy CreationUser Experience (UX)Value CreationVendor ManagementWhat We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
