Job Description:

  • Day-to-day operational management of the business function, which includes financials, headcount planning, forecasting and requisitions.
  • Manage the approvals and 3-year forecast for both domestic and I&P headcounts.
  • Requires high-level of coordination and professionalism as they collaborate with HR, Recruiting and our finance partners.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
  • Create and implement an automated, dynamic headcount reporting dashboard.
  • Executive Presentations: Lead the preparation and production of executive presentations, including but not limited to Business Unit Reviews, all hands meetings, internal and external speaking engagements.
  • This is a need for the Talent, Headcount, Employee Management. You will be responsible for talent planning, talent succession and planning compacity.

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ Years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong Excel Skills:
  • Need to understand and build formulas based on current data and formulas
  • Ability to take excel data and build graphs and charts in PowerPoint
  • VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
  • Headcount financial reporting and budgeting, coordinating with all direct reports and reporting data to leadership.
  • Ability to present to senior executive on a weekly basis
  • Annual business planning and forecasting
  • Working with HR and recruiting for identifying early talent
  • Internal business reviews
  • Handling sensitive information in workforce location strategies
  • Assimilate data and story tell
  • Strong PowerPoint/Presentation skills
