In this role, the incumbent will also be supporting process audits.We offer a full benefits package to include Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried positions, health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and additional miscellaneous benefits.Core Responsibilities:Implement an overall shared electronic system with an integrated document repository, training skills matrices, risk assessment tools, and lessons learned applications.Help in coordinating, organizing, and maintaining internal and external audit schedules for the QMS.Assist with conducting quality audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances (NCR's) Corrective Actions (CAR's) & Preventive Actions (PAR's)Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needsQualifications:Four-year college degree, technical degree preferred, advanced degree a plusMinimum of 3 years of experience in a quality system role with in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or similar certificationAbility to travel both domestically and internationally (approximately 20%)Self-starter who can work with minimal direction, as well as direct the work of othersExtensive knowledge in Quality Management SystemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAble to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiencesSkilled at prioritizing and multi-taskingAbility to remain true to the purpose of the audit without fear or favorDemonstrate strong communication, influencing, and change management skills while consistently making timely decisions even in the face of complexityMaintain safety and quality mindset while demonstrating Xylem valuesThe estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
