This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation. Responsibilities Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course. Work Schedule Monday: 6:30am - 2:15pm Tuesday: 6:30am - 2:15pm Wednesday: 12:30pm - 8:15pm Thursday: OFF Friday: 8:30am - 2:15pm Saturday: 7:00am - 2:30pm (Approx. 8 per year) Company InformationWe love our communities Park Dental values being involved in the communities they serve through.
