This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are eager to learn, and want to grow in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. As a Tax Professional, you will assist clients with preparing and filing accurate federal and state tax returns while providing exceptional customer service. No prior tax experience is required — we provide all the training you need to become confident and successful. Job Description: Prepare accurate federal and state individual tax returns Assist clients with gathering necessary documents and explaining tax requirements Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the filing process Stay informed on basic tax laws, credits, and deductions (training provided) Protect confidentiality and follow IRS compliance standards Represent M&K with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset. Requirements Must obtain or be willing to obtain an active IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) Strong communication and people skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn tax software Professional, dependable, and client-focused Willingness to participate in training and stay updated during tax season Training Provided M&K Tax & Notary LLC provides full training, mentorship, and step-by-step guidance to ensure you’re fully prepared to serve clients with confidence.
