Job Description


Youth Care Professional (YCP) is responsible for providing direct care and supervision for children and youth from the ages 10-17. The YCP must ensure that services comply with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) licensing rules and ORR policies. They will be support the Intake Process and assist in assessing and addressing each child’s physical, medical, and behavioral health needs and serve as the child’s first initial contact to ensure that their basic immediate needs are met such as food, bathroom/shower, providing clean clothing and hygiene items, assigning to a dorm room. The pay rate for this is $17.50/hr.
