Position: eCommerce Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the digital strategy with the President and our digital agency.
  • Manage daily online business functions, including inventory, sales, and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Define, mature, and elevate the digital consumer experience on the Shopify Plus platform.
  • Serve as the operations liaison with cross-functional teams, including development and customer service.
  • Analyze the shopping funnel and customer lifecycle to enhance the customer experience.
  • Execute and oversee written content for websites and digital ads.
  • Be a subject matter expert for all e-commerce activities and 3rd party integrations.
  • Lead internal and external resources for SEO campaigns
  • Monitor and report on all digital activity metrics.
  • Provide insights on customer shopping trends.
  • Ensure good customer service and smooth online order fulfillment.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of successful e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency working within Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, etc.).
  • Prior experience in a similar role; digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience taking photos/creating compelling visual content.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience or understanding of UX/UI design.
  • Team player with a history of delivering successful enhancements and improved customer experience lifecycle.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
