Get out of bed in the morning for that adrenalin hit, love the pace, love the challenge, love doing what has never been done before – and love being the best you’ve ever been. And what’s more, owning part of what you’ve created.

TruRating is a hypergrowth SAAS company that improves businesses, benefits consumers, and donates to charities. Our patented Customer Experience (CX) technology collects feedback from 80%+ of customers at the point of payment and provides this data in real-time to improve the multi-channel experience and revenue for merchant businesses. This feedback also provides transparent, representative, and validated information to consumers in the form of TruRating store ‘profile pages’, whilst for every question we ask, TruRating donates to charities around the world.

We partner with the biggest payment companies in the world, and our unique integrations mean we are delivering an unprecedented dataset. No other business in the world is combining online and offline sentiment and consumer behaviour data in huge volumes, at near to real time.

Our customers include some of the best-performing and highest-profile retailers in the world – and the group is growing all the time. We need to grow our passionate team to help us live out the dream and deliver on our incredible opportunity. We have a series of new functionalities and business opportunities that build off our core capabilities – and these need shaping and communicating to the world. We’re a global business with US headquarters in Atlanta GA, UK headquarters in London and ANZ headquarters in Sydney. We are actively growing our team and invite you to check us out

The role in a nutshell

TruRating’s core value proposition is the insight and actionable data that it provides to its retail customers. As our Business Intelligence Product Manager you will lead the charge for how we develop our insights platform (including dashboards, reporting, and data share) and better serve our core retail customers with the data and reporting they need to improve their operations, merchandizing, and marketing. Additionally, you will help us expand the types of insights we can derive from our data and platforms – including how to leverage AI, cloud data, and data clean rooms to deliver intelligence and alerts that create ongoing engagement with TruRating.

This is a key senior hire for TruRating who will be immersed in driving forward the evolution of how we deliver data and insights for all our business customers, as well as user engagement, stickiness, and satisfaction with our data services and delivery.

Experience with data analysis and tools such as Python and statistical modelling is also valuable. Experience in the retail vertical is also desired.

This person will be a doer, SME, and product manager all in one - speaking to clients to deliver executive-level business reviews and using those insights to drive product decisions and new product development opportunities that drive value for TruRating.
