About the JobExperienced Oral Surgeon opportunity - We have 4 current locations in Morganton, Hickory, Asheville and Statesville area We have an exciting opportunity for an Oral Surgeon to join an established and growing practice. This is a turn-key practice that offers established referral partners and opportunity for ownership and growth. We serve our entire community and pride ourselves in the relationships we have built over the years. Our mission is to help patients live healthier lives. We provide a caring, nurturing environment where your comfort and health is of primary importance. Our doctors are available to our patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we will work with you regardless of your financial situation. Our rates are affordable and based on usual and customary fees. Our entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, making us one of the most successful practices in the state. SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday to Friday. COMPENSATION: BASE SALARY in year 1 with 33% of net collections, after net collections exceeds $1M. SIGN-ON BONUS: $50,000. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: $10,000. OWNERSHIP/EQUITY: Offered after 1 year. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Unlimited earning potential. Paid Membership Dues. Annual CE reimbursement allowance. Medical/Dental/Vision insurance. 401(k) with match. 3 Weeks of vacation and 1 week of leave for humanitarian efforts. Malpractice Insurance provided by employer. Marketing expenses covered. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED): The doctor is required to hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from ADA accredited programs as well as a license in the state of North Carolina.
