Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate practice helps organizations create value across the corporate real estate lifestyle - including supporting clients as they select their next strategic locations, developing strategies to optimize their real estate footprints, designing amazing workplaces, and enhancing the corporate real estate function and service delivery model. We work as trusted advisors to Senior Leaders of Corporate Real Estate organizations, CFOs, COOs, CHROs and other key executives for the largest and most complex companies around the globe to achieve their vision and objectives of their real estate portfolio and operations.Work You'll DoServe as a key member of engagement teams across our Infrastructure & Real Estate project portfolio, such as:Develop real estate portfolio optimization strategiesDesign Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery modelsDeliver CRE and FM outsourcing / insourcing consulting services, including strategy development, contract evaluation, and RFI / RFP process managementEnhance CRE, FM, or workplace business processes and workflows across the corporate real estate life cycle (portfolio management, transaction management, design & construction, space & move management, facilities / amenities management, etc.)Design and implement workplace strategies, digital workplace technology / smart building / IoT strategies, and workforce mobility / "work from anywhere" programsDeliver CRE, FM, or workplace technology platform advisory services, including strategy development, requirements development, vendor / solution evaluation, and implementation supportWork independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and client needsDefine deliverable structure and content, and direct on-time, quality delivery of work productsDevelop key project materials such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, presentation materials, workshop materials and project management artifactsManage and prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDemonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, exercising sound judgment in client engagementsMentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional developmentSupport the development of "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents and participate in public speaking eventsThe TeamOur Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing the real estate portfolio and physical asset fleets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.Qualifications Required:Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA preferred5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm focused on corporate real estate, or serving in an internal role at a corporate real estate organization of a large owner-occupier organizationUnderstanding of key corporate real estate industry trendsExperience with real estate portfolio optimization strategies, including master planning, campus/HQ strategy, restructuring & cost optimization, implementation and planning and analyticsExperience with corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, or workplace business processes and workflows across the corporate real estate life cycle (portfolio management, transaction management, design & construction, space & move management, facilities / amenities management, etc.)Must have experience within multiple relevant domains, including: corporate real estate operations improvement, operating model, outsourcing, workplace strategy, digital workplace, portfolio strategy, corporate real estate M&A, Smart Building, Sustainability, Service DeliveryAbility to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:Experience with workplace strategy including developing change management and communications plans, understanding of integrated RE, IT and HR solutions, global implementation, opportunity assessment and business case development and workplace vision, strategy, design and implementationUnderstanding of theory and ability to apply change management concepts in a corporate real estate context, including ability to develop stakeholder management plan, develop and implement communications strategyFamiliarity with real estate related information technologies and platforms: such as IWMS, EAM, Smart Building eco-systemsExperience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processesAbility to design Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery modelsExperience with Smart Buildings, including workplace analytics design, digital transformation roadmap development, digital workplace and application of Smart Buildings tools including Gen AI, BMS, sensorsExperience applying ESG and / or sustainability concepts to CRE and FM, including sustainability assessments, energy-efficient solution, reporting and analyticsExperience delivering CRE and FM outsourcing / insourcing consulting services, including strategy development, contract evaluation, and RFI / RFP process management, RE & Vendor SelectionThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 - $188,900.
