Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.Schedule:1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PMMonday - FridayPlus overtimePay Rate:$21 - $23 / hour Job Summary:The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of receiving, organizing, and distributing clothing inventory to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service. This role includes supervising warehouse associates, maintaining inventory records, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillmentAssign and monitor tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completionMaintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and tracking systemsOversee product movement to ensure accuracy, speed, and safetyTrain, motivate, and evaluate warehouse associates for performance and developmentEnforce company policies, safety standards, and quality control proceduresCoordinate with management and other departments to meet shipping and delivery deadlinesIdentify and resolve operational or personnel issues quickly and effectivelyPrepare daily or weekly reports on productivity, accuracy, and performance metricsAssist with general warehouse operations as neededJob Requirements:Bilingual in Spanish and English is required35 years of warehouse experience; 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role preferredStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and lead a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience using inventory management or order tracking systemsAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shiftAdditional InformationStaff Management Group is an equal employment opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without unlawful discrimination based on race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or citizenship status.About Staff Management Group: Staff Management Group has over 30 years of experience placing staffing candidates in distribution, manufacturing, production, assembly, and clerical positions.
