Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standardsEnsures assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely in accordance with company performance evaluation proceduresQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing from an accredited school of nursingLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the StateLess than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health careCurrent CPR certificationMust meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulationsAbility to use company documentation systemsAbility to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamCapable of working responsibly with highly confidential informationAbout our Line of BusinessAdoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
