Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work.Job OverviewAs a Furniture & Mattress Sales Colleague, also known as a Big Ticket Colleague, you will provide outstanding customer service in our Big Ticket areas by creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed and comfortable. In this role, you are responsible for meeting sales goals, selling protection plans, managing return rates, and promoting our loyalty program.
