Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards found during patrols. Collaborate with local authorities and/or emergency responders when required in accordance with site protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents and any security-related concerns encountered during patrols. Support the enforcement of property rules and regulations as outlined by client site policies.Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
