In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

*Full-time positions available: evening shift [3pm-11pm] & night shift [11pm-7am]* 


[Retention Bonus of $2,000 offered to full-time DSP positions, upon eligibility]

Typical Daily Duties:

  • Work one-on-one with adults with brain injury diagnosis.
  • Provide supports within homelike community setting, helping adults of all abilities to strive.
  • Work closely with families, involving them in the therapeutic process.
  • Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Nursing Team and Behavioral team members to ensure treatment plans are meeting participants needs
  • Deliver therapeutic supervision to participants and families during treatment and education activities
  • Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members
  • This role is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job – it can work around your availability. We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, evening or weekends.
  • Assist in the participant behavior management by using non-aggressive, de-escalation technique provided as part of our hands on training

Job Requirements:

  • Behavioral caregiver experience (preferred) but not required
  • High school diploma
  • Valid/clean driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A good attitude with the ability to work both within a team and independently
  • A caring & compassionate mind 

 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift - we are FLEXIBLE You can mix-n-match hours as needed.
  • Evening and night shifts
  • Holidays - holiday shifts qualify for additional pay
  • Monday to Friday and every other weekend
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
