You may also assist customers in locating or loading products. Most shifts are physically active, and scheduling may include morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver smart customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projectsStock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up palletsSupport store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forkliftsMaintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeepingOperate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as neededPitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasksAdditional Responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores Include:Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery ordersLoad delivery orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practicesRotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issuesProactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfactionExecute Delivery Readiness best practicesMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicablePreferred Qualifications3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stockingLowe's commitment to growth and teamwork extends to the community as well. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment. Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed.
