Tier II/III Helpdesk Technician

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Onsite in Dalton, GA


Our client holds 90% of the market share for their manufacturing specialty. You will work with a team managing their IT tickets for tier II/III jobs. This position is fully onsite at the client's office in Dalton, GA.


Responsibilities

  • Provides phone, manufacturing floor and remote support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity.
  • Responds to telephone, email, and online requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.


Qualifications

  • Windows 7, 10, 11 set up and support
  • Office 365 support
  • Desktop and label printer support
  • SMB network basic troubleshooting and support
