Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Consultant with strong experience in environmental due diligence. The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 years of experience in the environmental consulting field and hold a BS/MS degree in geology, engineering, or a related environmental field. The role requires extensive expertise in obtaining Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) determinations, managing complex industrial properties, and providing high-level environmental risk assessments and remedial options.Responsibilities:Manage environmental due diligence projects, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for complex industrial sites.Conduct Phase II Subsurface and Remedial Investigations.Navigate Leaking Underground Storage Tank programs and MPCA Brownfield Guidance Documents.Perform vapor assessments and mitigation, including in-situ and ex-situ soil and groundwater remediation technologies.Prepare and assist with environmental clean-up grant applications such as DEED, TBRA, and ERF grants.Develop client proposals and project Scopes of Work.Write comprehensive project investigation reports, including Phase II Investigations, Response Action Plans (RAPs), Vapor RAPs, and other due diligence reports.Manage multiple project budgets, schedules, and scopes effectively.Essential Skills:Environmental engineering and civil engineering expertise.Proficiency in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.Experience with MPCA VIC & PBP Programs.Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects.Excellent client communication skills for providing clear options regarding due diligence.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in AutoCad and GIS is desired.Experience with environmental compliance and design.Work Environment:The position offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The organization is a smaller firm, providing great flexibility and opportunities for growth.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
