Deze teams bestaan uit businessanalisten, scrummasters, front-end en back-end developers, testers en UX-designers. Je bent tijdelijk verantwoordelijk voor het stroomlijnen van de operatie, het creren van overzicht en het begeleiden van de product owners totdat de interne senior product owners hun rol volledig kunnen oppakken. Je zorgt voor de herijking van de productvisie, bewaakt de samenhang tussen de verschillende teams en creert overzicht in de lopende en toekomstige ontwikkelingen. Daarbij leg je verbinding tussen de operationele uitvoering, de strategische doelstellingen van O&P Rijk en de veranderopgave binnen de HR/IT-upgrade. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Herijken van de productvisie in lijn met de visie en het jaarplan van O&P Rijk Creren van draagvlak bij management en teams voor de vernieuwde productstrategie Opleveren van een goedgekeurd productvisiedocument Overzicht creren in korte- en langetermijnontwikkelingen en hun impact op de teams Vastleggen van roadmap, afhankelijkheden en capaciteit in Jira en Confluence Stakeholdermanagement richting projecten, portfolio-overleggen en management De brug slaan tussen product owners, projectleiders en management Coachen van product owners binnen de portaal- en appteams Verbeteren van sprint reviews en implementeren van performancegericht werken Functie-eisen WO werk- en denkniveau Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Product Owner Ervaring met het coachen of aansturen van professionals in agile of DevOps-teams Aantoonbare ervaring met Agile/Scrum-methodieken Ervaring met het opstellen van een productvisie en roadmap Prs Kennis en ervaring met SAP HR Ervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van Product Owners Affiniteit met de rijksbrede organisatie en HR/IT-omgevingen Competenties Strategisch en analytisch denkvermogen Coached en verbindend leiderschap Communicatief sterk en overtuigend Resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig Samenwerkingsgericht en omgevingsbewust #J-18808-Ljbffr
