Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelliChoice Home Care. As a Private Duty Nursing professional, you will provide one-on-one nursing care in the home to critical and complex clients, focusing on tracheostomy and ventilator patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
  • Collaborate with our respiratory therapists to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work closely with our support staff to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license
  • CPR certification (no online classes accepted)
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
