Your Role:

- Operational Excellence: Conduct regular reviews of income statements, GL activity, and balance sheet accounts to identify areas for improvement and fraud prevention.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Forge positive relationships with dealership leaders to support day-to-day operations and enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering their growth and development to drive collective success.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail ensures accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Sense of Urgency: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where meeting deadlines and addressing issues promptly are paramount.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in collaborating with dealership leaders and conveying financial insights.
- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of accounting principles and the ability to interpret financial data to drive business decisions.
- Industry Experience: While preferred, prior automotive industry experience is not mandatory; however, a background in dealership accounting or finance is highly valued.
