Superintendent - Municipal ProjectsManage all aspects of municipal and civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives. Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control. Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets specifications.
