As long as we are delivering those things, we believe that we have the ability to make our city an even better place We'd love for you to partner with usJob Responsibilities Include:Leading team members using our "CORE 4" model to serve guests: Creating eye contact, smiling, speaking enthusiastically, staying connected.Ensuring Second Mile Service is provided: Go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.Building and maintaining great relationships with co-workers, fostering a positive team environment.Training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and organized.The ability to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.Being detail-oriented and able to multitask.Having a servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.Benefits Include:Flexible Hours: We understand that our team members have commitments to their family, friends, and school.
