Controls Software Engineer

Please apply asap Job Title: Controls Software Engineer Job Description We are seeking a talented Controls Software Engineer to update and enhance controls software written in C#. This position involves modifying the graphical user interface and is initially set for a short-term duration of 2 to 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and additional skills brought to the role. Responsibilities Update and develop controls software using C#. Modify and create graphical user interfaces (HMI). Program controls, sensors, valves, and industrial systems. Collaborate with team members to implement software improvements. Work onsite as necessary to interface with hardware in a live production environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in C# programming. Experience with HMI development. Knowledge of controls, sensors, and valve programming. Experience with electrical wiring and single line wiring drawings. Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PLC programming, especially Siemens PLCs. Experience in live production systems that operate 24/7. Work Environment The position is based in a live production facility running 24/7. Onsite work is necessary when interfacing with hardware, with flexibility to work remotely when onsite presence is not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
