Director Of Quality & Food SafetyGpac is working with a well-established food manufacturer seeking an experienced Director Of Quality & Food Safety to lead all quality, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory programs across a high-volume production environment. This role oversees the quality, sanitation, and food safety teams while driving a strong food safety culture and ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, FSMA, Kosher, Organic, GFCO, and additional regulatory standards.Key responsibilities include:Leading quality, food safety, and sanitation teams, providing strategic direction and daily oversightDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining all quality, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory programsOverseeing SQF certification, HACCP systems, environmental monitoring, and internal auditsCollaborating with production, maintenance, R&D, and warehousing to ensure process and product integrityManaging investigations, non-conformances, and customer complaints with clear corrective actionsSupporting new products, new lines, and process validations (CQV)Driving continuous improvement to elevate quality performance and ensure regulatory readinessWhat we're looking for:Proven leadership in food manufacturing quality & food safetyExpertise with SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and related regulatory programsStrong communication, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration skillsIf you're a strategic, hands-on quality leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, we'd love to confidentially connect.
