Courier Driver RichmondThe Courier Driver is responsible for all deliveries and the pickup of materials and supplies from internal and external customers in the assigned geographical area. In addition, the Courier Driver will ensure the accuracy of all paperwork related to the job. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, safe driver, and who can offer great customer service.Essential FunctionsDelivers and picks up products from customers in clinics and hospitals by traveling between facilitiesEnsures good customer relations by establishing a scheduled route for delivery and pick up in a timely mannerMaintain a clean van/truck by removing trash and debrisCompletes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to managementAssist the department during periods of increased activity and/or when staff shortages occurOther duties as assignedEducationHigh School Degree or GEDLicenseMust have a Valid State Driver's LicenseExperience3+ years of related experienceMust possess and maintain a satisfactory driving recordSkills & AbilitiesStrong communication skills and a professional demeanor alwaysAbility to operate & maneuver all vehicles within the fleetAbility to read a map and follow verbal directionsBon Secours is an equal opportunity employer.As a Bon Secours associate, you're part of a Mission that matters.
